康复医院医患沟通现状多因素分析及培训需求

摘要 目的调查康复医院医患沟通现状及培训需求。方法通过问卷调查方式,调查目前康复医院医患沟通现状以及医护人员负面影响现状和培训需求。结果本次问卷调查共计153名,康复医院医护人员负面医患沟通比例达74.5%,其中技师的负面沟通情况高于其他人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有9.8%和8.5%的医护人员对建立和谐医患关系信心和对医患沟通期待程度较为低下。医护人员医患沟通培训需求从高到低依次为礼仪、医学伦理学、心理学、人际沟通学,需求量分别为53.6%、39.9%、18.3%、18.3%。结论康复医院中技师的医患沟通工作是今后工作的重点,同时对医护人员的培训主要应当放在礼仪和医学伦理学方面。 Objective To investigate the current situation and training needs of doctor-patient communication in rehabilitation hospitals.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the current situation of doctor-patient communication in rehabilitation hospitals,and the negative effects and training needs of medical staff.Results A total of 153 questionnaires were surveyed,and the proportion of negative doctor patient communication in rehabilitation hospitals was 74.5%.Among them,the negative communication of technicians was higher than that of other personnel,and the difference was statistically significant.9.8%and 8.5%of the medical staff had low confidence in the establishment of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and low expectations of doctor-patient communication.The needs of medical staff and patient communication training from high to low were etiquette,medical ethics,psychology and interpersonal communication.The demand was 53.6%,39.9%,18.3%,18.3%respectively.Conclusion The communication between doctors and patients in rehabilitation hospitals is the focus of future work.Meanwhile,the training of medical staff should be based on etiquette and medical ethics.
