千米深井保护层协同开采技术研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 为了应对千米深井复杂煤层开采的严峻安全形势,实现千米深井绿色安全高效开采,平煤十二矿通过研究保护层协同开采技术,从3个层面实现了矿井安全高效绿色开采:通过岩石保护层开采进行卸压,提高被保护层瓦斯渗透性与抽放率,实现解放层安全开采;煤矸石井下筛分洗选,矸石不升井,直接经井下洗选系统洗选后回填到采空区,解决矸石地面排放造成的环境污染与破坏的问题;保护层开采的精煤得以回收,被保护层得以解放,抽采的瓦斯得以利用,实现了煤与瓦斯高效共采,提高矿井资源采出率,增加矿井服务年限。 In order to cope with the severe security situation in the exploitation of complex coal seams in the deep wells and realize the safe and efficient mining of the deep wells in the 1 000 meters,the Pingdingshan No.12 Mine has achieved safe and efficient green mining from three levels through research on the protective layer cooperative mining technology:through rock protection.The layer mining was used for pressure relief,to increase the gas permeability and drainage rate of the protected layer,and to achieve safe exploitation in the liberation layer;coal gangue was screened and sieved,and the gangue was not raised to wells.It was directly washed through the downhole washing system and backfilled into the goaf.To solve the problem of environmental pollution and damage caused by the discharge of meteorite;the clean coal from the protective layer was recovered,the protected layer was liberated,the gas extracted was utilized,coal and gas were efficiently mined,and mine resource extraction was improved.Rate,increased the service life of mines.
