摘要
将前体2,2-二[5'-(2'-甲酰呋喃基)]丙烷(1)与N,N'-(2-胺基苯基)-2,6-二甲酰亚胺吡啶(2)进行缩合作用得到[2+2]Schiff碱大环L,采用1H NMR、MS和FT-IR等手段对大环组成进行了表征。通过采用UV-vis吸收光谱对大环与系列金属离子配位行为考察,表明对所考察的系列金属离子中,该大环仅对铜(Ⅱ)有选择性识别作用。在DMF/H_2O(V/V,5∶1)混合溶剂中,通过UV-vis吸收光谱滴定获得大环L与铜(Ⅱ)配位反应的键合比为1∶2,配合物稳定常数为K_1=5.19×103L·mol^(-1),K_2=1.48×105L·mol^(-1)。
A[2+2]Schiff base macrocycle(L)containing 2,6-diamidopyridine unit was synthesized via condensation reaction of 2,2-bis(5′-formyl-2′-furyl)propane(1)with N,N′-(2-aminophenyl)pyridine-2,6-dicarboxamide(2),and characterized by 1H NMR,MS and FT-IR spectra.The investigation for the binding behaviour of L with a series of metal ions was performed by UV-vis absorption spectra,and the results showed that the macrocycle L displayed a selective recognition for Cu(II)ion.Further evidence for the formation of a 1∶2 complex was obtained from UV-vis absorption spectroscopic titrations in DMF/H 2O(V/V,5∶1),and the stability constants of the complex were obtained(K a 1 ≈10 3 L·mol-1,K a 2≈10 5 L·mol-1).
