摘要
目的探讨老年病患护理不良事件发生原因,针对原因采取相应措施,减少此类事件的发生。方法选取2016年度本院老年科52例护理不良事件,对护理不良事件的类别及发生原因进行分析,提出有效解决措施,规范化管理护理人员,确保高效安全的护理每位老年病患。结果结果显示,护理不良事件主要为:跌倒23例(44.2%)、自伤自杀5例(9.6%)、走失2例(3.8%)、伤人毁物6例(11.5%)、烫伤(院前1例)4例(7.7%)、压疮(院前8例)8例(15.5%)和其他4例(7.7%)。结论针对护理过程中发生的不良事件,查找原因建立安全科学的护理运行模式,提高护士护理水平及早发现问题,保障患者安全,建立良好的医患关系有效减少医疗纠纷的发生。
Objective To investigate the causes of adverse events in elderly patients and take corresponding measures to reduce the occurrence of such events.Methods 52 cases of adverse events of care in the 2016 Geriatrics Department of our hospital were selected,category of nursing adverse events and causes were analyzed,and put forward effective solutions,standardized management of nursing staff,ensure the safety of efficient care each elderly patient.Results The results showed that the main adverse event was:23 cases(44.2%),self-injury suicide in 5 cases(9.6%),2 cases(3.8%)lost,hurt destroyed 6 cases(11.5%),burns(pre-hospital 1 cases),4 cases(7.7%),pressure ulcers(pre-hospital 8)8 cases(15.5%)and the other 4 cases(7.7%).Conclusion In the process of nursing adverse events happened to find reasons to establish safe and scientific nursing operation mode,improve the level of nursing care of early detection problem,to ensure the safety of patients,establish a good doctor-patient relationship effectively reduce the occurrence of medical disputes.
