摘要
目的分析手术室压疮的发生原因与护理对策。方法选择2017年1—12月我院收治的552例手术患者作为研究组,选择2016年1—12月我院收治的552例手术患者作为对照组。对照组采取常规手术室护理;研究组针对对照组手术室压疮的发生原因进行分析,制定并实施针对性的护理对策。结果研究组术中压疮的发生率为0.36%,低于对照组的1.81%(P<0.05)。研究组护理服务满意率为99.28%,高于对照组96.92%(P<0.05)。结论分析手术室压疮的发生原因并采取有针对性的护理对策可以进一步降低压疮发生率,保障患者的手术质量与安全。
Objective To analyze t h e causes and nursing countermeasures of pressure sore in operation room.Methods A total of 552 operative patients in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the research group,and 552 patients in our hospital in January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the control group.The control group was given the routine operation room nursing,for the research group,the causes of the pressure sores in the control group was analyzed,and the pertinent nursing countermeasures were formulated.Results The incidence of pressure ulcers in the study group was 0.36%,lower than that of the control group 1.81%(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing service in the study group was 99.28%,which was higher than that of the control group of 96.92%(P<0.05).Conclusion The analysis of the causes of pressure ulcers in the operation room and effective nursing measures can further reduce the incidence of pressure sore.
