摘要
目的探究不同手术(PVP、PKP)对骨质疏松性胸腰椎体骨折的治疗效果。方法将2015年1月—2017年1月收治的80例骨质疏松性胸腰椎体骨折患者纳入研究范围;分别对患者实施PVP、PKP手术后,观察其治疗情况并作出分析。结果两组患者治疗前疼痛评分、椎体前缘高度等差异无统计学意义,经过分组治疗后PKP组略有改善,且和PVP组治疗后差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PKP对骨质疏松性胸腰椎体骨折的治疗效果好于PVP。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of different operations(PVP,PKP)on osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral fractures.Methods 80 cases of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral fractures treated from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the study object.Patients were treated with PVP and PKP respectively.The treatment effect was analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in pain scores and anterior vertebral height between the two groups before treatment,and there was significant difference between PKP group and PVP group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion PKP for the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures is better than PVP.
