摘要
目的探讨在人工骨植入术治疗颌骨囊性缺损患者过程中实施口腔修复膜覆盖的临床效果。方法将2016年7月—2017年7月我院接诊的80例颌骨囊性缺损患者纳入本次研究,分成A组(n=40)和B组(n=40),两组患者均行人工骨植入术,在此基础上,A组接受人工骨表面覆盖口腔修复膜,B组常规处理。结果 A组颌骨囊性缺损患者术后植入腔感染发生率5.00%,低于B组患者感染率22.50%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.164 7,P=0.023 0<0.05)。结论人工骨表面覆盖口腔修复膜的临床效果较为显著,有利于预防颌骨囊性缺损行人工骨植入术患者术后植入腔感染的发生,同时还能起到引导植入腔骨组织再生的效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oral prosthetic membrane covering in the treatment of maxillary cystic defect by artificial bone implantation.Methods From July 2016 to July 2017,80 patients with maxillary cystic defect were divided into two groups:group A(n=40)and group B(n=40).On the basis of artificial bone implantation,group A received artificial bone covering the oral repair membrane,and group B received routine treatment.Results The infection rate of implanted cavity in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(5.00%vs.22.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of the artificial bone surface covering the oral repair membrane is more significant,which is helpful to prevent the infection of implant cavity in the patients with maxillary cystic defect after artificial bone implantation.At the same time,it can also guide the regeneration of implanted bone tissue.
