摘要
纺织服装行业是我国国民经济的支柱产业之一,人才培养、专业建设应适应其发展的需求。从高职人才培养的定位出发,论述了在产教深度融合过程中高职院校与行业企业的关系,通过实例分析纺织服装类专业建设发展情况,提出专业建设需围绕纺织服装产业链设置专业、围绕产业技术发展设置课程、围绕大学的四大职能建设师资队伍、围绕培养目标创新教学模式等思路。
China’s textile and garment industry is one of the pillar industries of the nat ional economy.Personnel training and professional construction should meet the needs of the textile and garment industry.From the position of talent training i n higher vocational education,this paper discusses the relationship between hig her vocational colleges and industry enterprises in the process of deep integrat ion of production and education.Through the practical case,the paper analyzes the present situation of textile specialty construction and development,and pre sents“four focuses”suggestions on the future development of textile specialty.
