摘要
本文在国外BIM教学实践的基础上,对陕西省内建筑类院校以及开设工程管理专业的院校进行问卷调查和实地走访发现,在BIM的教学实践中,和工程估价结合的还不完善。因此构建了基于BIM的工程估价课程设计的方案,并将其分为准备阶段、模型设计阶段、招标投标阶段。其中BIM的应用体现在模型设计阶段、招标投标阶段。最后提出BIM融入工程估价课程设计的实施途径。
Based on the foreign BIM teaching practice,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey and field visits to architectural colleges and the institutions which set engineering management major in Shaanxi Province and found that the combination of BIM teaching practice and engineering valuation was not perfect.Therefore,a engineering valuation curriculum design scheme based on BIM was constructed and it was divided into preparation phase,model design phase and bidding phase.The application of BIM was reflected in the model design phase and bidding phase.Finally,the way to implement the design of BIM into engineering valuation course was put forward.
