Under the premise of guaranteeing the quality of project construction,construction enterprises should use manpower,material resources and financial resources rationally in order to obtain maximum investment benefits,which is the fundamental goal of project project management.For the scientific cost reduction and efficiency increase,the key is how to improve project management level.
