摘要
目的探讨综合护理对微创脑出血手术患者术后神经功能恢复和生活质量的影响。方法选择本院收治的104例接受微创手术的脑出血患者,随机分为对照组与干预组,各52例。对照组采取必要的基础护理,干预组在此基础上采取综合护理。比较两组的神经功能、生活质量及日常生活能力。结果护理后,两组的NIHSS评分均降低,SF-36评分、BI指数均升高,且干预组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可有效改善微创脑出血手术患者术后神经功能、生活质量和独立生存能力,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on postoperative recovery of neurological function and quality of life in cerebral hemorrhage patients with minimally invasive surgery.Methods A total of 104 cerebral hemorrhage patients with minimally invasive surgery admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and intervention group.The control group was given the necessary basic nursing.The intervention group took comprehensive nursing on the basis of this.The neurological function,quality of life and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the NIHSS scores of both groups decreased,the SF-36 score and BI index increased,and those of the intervention group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the postoperative neurological function,quality of life and daily living ability in cerebral hemorrhage patients with minimally invasive surgery,which is worthy of clinical application.
