摘要
目的探讨益生菌联合谷氨酰胺治疗肝硬化的临床效果及对肠黏膜屏障、肝功能的影响。方法 150例肝硬化患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组采用益生菌联合谷氨酰胺进行治疗,比较两组临床疗效及肠黏膜屏障功能、肝功能改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组DAO、ETX、D-乳酸水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组AST、ALT水平及Child-Pugh评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益生菌联合谷氨酰胺能够显著提高肝硬化患者临床效果,可有效改善患者肠黏膜屏障功能及肝功能。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of probiotics combined with glutamine in the treatment of liver cirrhosis and its effect on intestinal mucosal barrier and liver function.Methods One hundred and fifty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with probiotics combined with glutamine.The clinical efficacy,intestinal mucosal barrier function and liver function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of DAO,ETX and D-lactate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of AST and ALT and the Child-Pugh score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotics combined with glutamine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with liver cirrhosis,which can effectively improve the intestinal mucosal barrier function and liver function.
