摘要
伴随着科技的日新月异,国内人群对食品安全及其营养的关注度逐日增加。而当今涌现的国内食品与进口食品质量安全问题,使得消费者们对其购买的食品存有疑虑。制作放心食品和安全地使用食品添加剂,是食品行业必须遵循的职业道德。鉴于制作放心曲奇饼干,本文旨在保证曲奇饼干营养的同时,降低其制造成本,使曲奇饼干的销售市场更加广阔。通过对传统曲奇饼干配方改良实验,并对实验结果进行分析,最终得到相对较好的曲奇饼干配方。
With the rapid development of science and technology,the attention of Chinese people to food safety and its nutrition is increasing day by day.The problems of quality and safety in domestic food and imported food are more and more,which makes consumers have doubts about the food they bought.The production of The Relieved Food and the safe use of food additives are the professional ethics that the food industry must observe.In view of the production of The Relieved Cookies,the purpose of this thesis is to ensure the nutrition of cookies and reduce their manufacturing costs,making the cookies market wider.By the experiment of improving traditional cookies and analyzing the experimental results,a better recipe of cookie was obtained finally.
