摘要
目的:对2017年贵阳市在售的高标价且深加工的水果制品进行真实性的抽样检测,在省内首先实践相关检测技术,为市场监督和管理部门提供参考。方法:由贵州省产品质量监督检验院专业抽样人员进行随机抽样,蜜饯、水果干制品、果酱各10批次,均含有散装和包装产品,按照SN/T 3729-2013和SN/T 4849-2017对样品进行检测。结果:未检出有不同于标签明示的植物源性成分的批次。结论:目前市售主流的高标价且深加工的水果制品无明显掺假和造假情况。
The expensive and proceeded fruit foods sold in Guiyang city were sampled and detected for authenticity.The detection technology was practiced in this province and the detection result could be a reference to institutions of supervision and inspection.Random samples contained 10 batches of glace,dried,jam fruits in respectively,were collected by the professional sampler.Authenticity of the samples were detected by real-time fluorescence PCR which the primers and probes were designed according to SN/T 3729-2013 and SN/T 4849-2017.The result showed the detection components of batches have not difference to the label.The result indicated that the expensive and proceeded fruit food in local market has not significant adulteration and counterfeit article at present.
