碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对二度烧伤患者治疗效果的系统评价 被引量:4

Effect of basic fibroblast growth factor on second-degree burn wound healing:a meta-analysis

摘要 目的:评价成纤维细胞生长因子对二度烧伤患者伤口愈合的作用效果。方法:通过数据库检索国内外相关文献,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行数据分析,比较成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)联合磺胺嘧啶银(SD-Ag)与单用磺胺嘧啶银治疗二度烧伤的不同效果。结果:共纳入7篇研究,均为随机对照研究,共613例患者。Meta分析结果显示,患者接受bFGF联合SD-Ag敷料治疗二度烧伤创面的愈合时间较单用SD-Ag更短[浅二度均数差(MD)=-2.51,95%CI:-3.01,-2.01;P<0.000 01;深二度MD=-5.28,95%CI:-5.80,-2.58;P<0.000 01]。结论:成纤维细胞生长因子在治疗二度烧伤创面方面具有促进创面愈合,缩短创面愈合时间的作用,临床治疗二度烧伤创面效果明显。 Objective:To investigate the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)on second-degree burn wound healing.Methods:A literature search was performed in domestic relevant databases to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on the effect of bFGF combined with silver sulfadiazine(SD)vs SD alone on second-degree burn wound healing.Rev Man 5.3 was used for data analysis.The quality of the trials was assessed using the cochrane risk of bias assessment tool.Results:A total of 7 RCTs involving 613 patients were included in the meta-analysis.The meta-analysis showed that the bFGF+SD group had a significantly shorter wound healing time than the SD group(for superficial second-degree burn:MD=-2.51,95%CI:-3.01 to-2.01,P<0.000 01;for deep second-degree burn:MD=-5.28,95%CI:-5.80 to-2.58,P<0.000 01).Conclusion:bFGF can effectively promote second-degree burn wound healing and significantly shorten the wound healing time.It has a good clinical effect on second-degree burn wound healing.
