摘要
近年来,商品混凝土在住宅建设中得到广泛应用,楼板裂缝似乎成了不可克服的一种通病,困扰着工程技术人员和业主。课题组对大量实际工程楼板裂缝进行调查,根据裂缝出现的部位、裂缝特征对楼板裂缝进行分类,全面分析裂缝产生的原因,从原材料选择、施工操作和配筋构造等方面提出能有效控制楼板裂缝的措施。
In recent years,commercial concrete had been widely used in residential construction,while floor cracks seemed to be an unsolvable common problem which bothered the engineers and the owners.Based on the investigation of a large number of engineering floor cracks,this paper classified floor cracks according to their sites and characteristics,analyzed the causes of cracks and provided effective measures to control the cracks from the selection of raw materials,construction operation,reinforcement structure and other aspects.
