摘要
目的研究肛门整形术在环状混合痔手术治疗中的应用效果。方法方便选取60例环状混合痔患者计算机随机分成A组(肛门整形术)和B组(内扎外切术)(属于2014年7月—2016年1月),30例/组。比较两组的术中指标、住院情况、术后疼痛、并发症以及治疗效果。结果 A组手术用时为(64.15±7.34)min,长于B组,但术中出血量(54.69±12.20)m L、住院天数(7.16±2.14)d、疼痛分级、并发症发生率(3.33%)、治疗总有效率(96.67%)均是A组更令人满意(P<0.05)。结论肛门整形术在环状混合痔手术治疗中可获得较好的疗效。
Objective This paper tries to study the effect of anal plastic surgery in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods Convenient selection Sixty patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into group A(anal plastic surgery)and group B(internal ligation)(from July 2014 to January 2016),with 30 patients in each group.Intraoperative indicators,hospitalization,postoperative pain,complications and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The operative time in group A was(64.15±7.34)min longer than that in group B,but the intraoperative blood loss(54.69±12.20)mL,hospitalization days(7.16±2.14)ds,pain grade and complication rate(3.33%),the total effective rate(96.67%)was more satisfactory in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Anal plastic surgery can achieve better curative effect in the treatment of annular hemorrhoid surgery.
