摘要
目的分析足部骨折患者实施综合护理的临床价值。方法该次研究方便抽取的足部骨折患者66例,均为该院莱芜中心医院骨科2016年8月—2017年9月期间收治,分组依据护理模式不同为基准。运用基础护理的33例患者为参照组,运用综合护理的33例患者为研究组,最后将其总体护理效果进行统计。结果经实施综合护理、基础护理后,比对两组足部骨折患者的功能恢复优良率,研究组(90.9%)较比参照组(69.6%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,比对两组患者的护理满意度,研究组(100.0%)也明显高于参照组(78.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从两组足部骨折患者的生活质量评分结果来看,研究组物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能和社会功能较比参照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足部骨折患者实施综合护理,其足部功能可以快速恢复,患者住院期间的满意度也会有所提升,可在临床上进一步实践。
Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical value of comprehensive nursing in patients with foot fracture Methods 66 cases of foot fractures extracted in this study were convenient selected to the Department of Orthopedics,Laiwu Central Hospital from August 2016 to September 2017.Based on different nursing modes,they were divided into two groups.Thirty-three patients using basic nursing as reference group and 33 patients using comprehensive nursing as study group,and finally the overall nursing effect was statistically analyzed.Results Compared with the reference group,the study group(90.9%)was higher than the reference group(69.6%),and the results of the data between the two groups were confirmed after the comprehensive nursing and basic nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the study group(100.0%)was significantly higher than the reference group(78.8%)of the satisfaction degree.The results of the data between the two groups were confirmed,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Judging from the results of quality of life scores of two groups of patients with foot fractures,the material life,physical,psychological and social functions of the study group were better than those of the reference group.Differences between the groups were confirmed,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Foot fracture patients with comprehensive care,the foot function can be quickly restored,the patient during hospitalization satisfaction will be improved,so it can be further practiced in clinical practice.
