摘要
目的研究四肢长管骨骨折手术采用骨外固定支架治疗的护理效果。方法方便选取2015年5月—2017年5月该院收治的110例四肢长管骨骨折手术患者作为研究对象,所有患者均在该院接受骨外固定支架治疗,随机将患者分成两组,一组采用骨科常规护理,为常规组,一组采用强化护理,为研究组,每组55例,对比分析两组患者的护理优良率和护理前后的焦虑与抑郁情绪变化。结果常规组的护理优良率为70.90%(39例),研究组的护理优良率为94.55%(52例),研究组的护理优良率高于常规组(P<0.05);常规组患者护理后焦虑评分为(9.23±3.22)分,抑郁评分为(10.25±3.13)分,研究组患者护理后焦虑评分为(5.11±1.42)分,抑郁评分为(5.47±1.52)分,两组患者护理后焦虑与抑郁情绪均有改善,但研究组的改善效果更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对四肢长管骨骨折手术患者行骨外固定支架治疗后,采用强化护理方式,可以提高护理优良率,并有效缓解患者的不良情绪,该护理方式可在骨科护理中进行推广应用。
Objective This paper tries to study the nursing effect of the treatment of long bone fracture of the extremities with external fixator.Methods A total of 110 patients with long bone fractures of the extremities treated in this hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were conveniently selected as study subjects.All patients were treated with external fixation stents in this hospital.Patients were randomly divided into two groups,one group with orthopedics routine nursing was routine group,one group was intensive care as study group with 55 cases in each group.The rate of excellent nursing and anxiety and depression before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent nursing rate was 70.90%(39 cases)in the conventional group,94.55%(52 cases)in the study group,and the excellent nursing rate in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05);the anxiety score in the conventional group was(9.23±3.22)points,and depression score(10.25±3.13)points.The anxiety score of the study group was(5.11±1.42)points,and the depression score was(5.47±1.52)points.The anxiety after nursing of both groups and depression were improved,but the improvement effect of the study group was more obvious the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the treatment of long bone fracture in patients with long bone fracture with external fixation,the intensive care method can improve the excellent rate of nursing and relieve the bad mood of patients effectively.The nursing method can be applied in the orthopedic nursing.
