摘要
目的对背根神经节射频热凝术联合阿霉素注射治疗老年带状疱疹后遗痛的临床效果进行探讨。方法研究中方便选取该院对象80例为该院2015年1月—2017年10月收治的急性带状疱疹患者,根据其入院就诊顺序均分为各组40例患者:对照组用背根神经节射频热凝术治疗,观察组用背根神经节射频热凝术+阿霉素注射治疗;将患者的各项临床数据详细整理后作回顾性分析。结果观察组治疗后为VAS、PSQI评分分别为(2.13±0.41)分、(2.01±0.47)分,各症状积分分别为(0.32±0.12)分、(0.35±0.22)分、(0.34±0.23)分、(0.34±0.32)分,治疗总有效率为96.7%;与对照组相比,治疗后观察组VAS、PSQI评分显著降低、临床各症状积分显著降低、临床治疗效果优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年带状疱疹后遗痛患者接受背根神经节射频热凝术+阿霉素注射联合治疗的效果显著,可有效缓解患者的疼痛感,并使其临床症状显著改善,睡眠质量亦随之提升。
Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with adriamycin injection in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia in the elderly.Methods 80 cases were included in the study object in this hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 of acute herpes zoster patients,according to the hospital admission order they were convenient selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group:control group patients with dorsal root ganglion radiofrequency thermal coagulation therapy,the observation group with dorsal root ganglion radiofrequency thermal coagulation combined with adriamycin injection in the treatment of the clinical;the data were retrospectively analyzed in detail after treatment.Results The observation group after treatment for VAS,the PSQI score was(2.13±0.41)points,(2.01±0.47)points,the symptom scores were(0.32±0.12)points,(0.35±0.22)points,(0.34±0.23)points,(0.34±0.32)points,the total effective rate was 96.7%;the observation group VAS,PSQI score decreased significantly,the clinical symptom score decreased significantly,the clinical treatment effect and treatment when compared with the control group were different(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia with dorsal root ganglion radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with adriamycin injection has significant effect,can effectively relieve the pain of patients,and improve their clinical symptoms and sleep quality.
