摘要
目的对比观察翼状胬肉治疗过程中应用自体角膜缘干细胞移植与羊膜移植的临床效果。方法方便选取2015年5月—2017年5月期间该院眼科收治的112例翼状胬肉患者按照不同手术方法分成羊膜移植组(n=56)和自体角膜缘干细胞移植组(n=56),对两组患者分别实施羊膜移植手术治疗与自体角膜缘干细胞移植手术治疗。结果羊膜移植组翼状胬肉患者的疾病复发率(18.33%)、术后并发症发生率(33.33%)与自体角膜缘干细胞移植组(1.67%)、(1.67%)相比,数据对比结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且前者明显高于后者。结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植术应用于翼状胬肉患者治疗中的临床价值较高,能够降低术后并发症发生率的同时,避免疾病复发。
Objective This paper tries to compare and observe the clinical effect of autologous limbal stem cell transplantation and amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of pterygium.Methods 112 patients with pterygium admitted to the Xinwen Mining Group Laiwu Central Hospital treated with myopia from May 2015 to May 2017 were convenient selected and divided into amniotic membrane transplantation group(n=56)and autologous limbal stem cell transplantation group(n=56)according to different surgical methods.Two groups of patients were treated with amniotic membrane transplantation and autologous limbal stem cell transplantation respectively.Results The recurrence rate of disease(18.33%)and the incidence of postoperative complications(33.33%)in patients with amniotic membrane transplantation were significantly higher than those of in autologous limbal stem cell transplantation group(namely,1.67%and 1.67%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Autologous limbal stem cell transplantation is more effective in the treatment of pterygium patients,which can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and avoid the recurrence of disease.
