摘要
目的:探讨微课教育在应用胰岛素注射的糖尿病患者健康管理中的效果。方法:选择120例初次接受胰岛素治疗的糖尿病住院患者,随机分为干预组61例和对照组59例。对照组给予常规健康教育,干预组采取微课教育。干预6个月后,比较两组空腹及餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素注射知识及技能掌握水平及低血糖、皮下脂肪增生等不良事件发生情况。结果:干预组餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。胰岛素的使用期限、注射部位的选取、注射部位的轮换、皮肤消毒方法比较,干预组患者正确率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组发生注射部位皮下脂肪增生的例数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微课教育能够激发患者的学习兴趣及主动性,提高疾病管理能力。可使应用胰岛素治疗患者保持较高的技能水平及良好的血糖控制,减少相关不良事件的发生。
Objective:To explore the clinic effect of micro-lectures in health education for insulin injection among patients with diabetes.Methods:A total of 120 patients who were first injected insulin in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into intervention group(n=61)and control group(n=59).Patients in the control group were given insulin injection guidance before discharge,while those in the intervention group were given micro-lectures for operation exercise.After 6 months of intervention,the levels of fasting glucose,the 2-hours postprandial glucose(2hPBG),glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),the injection knowledge,the incidence of hypoglycemia and endermic induration were compared between 2 groups.Results:After micro-lectures,the 2 hPG,glycosylated hemoglobinA1c(HbA1c)in the intervention group were superior to that of control group significantly(P<0.05).The correction rate of insulin injection,accuracy rate of the injection site rotation accuracy,mastery rate of injection site rotation compared and comparison of skin disinfection methods in the intervention group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Micro-lectures of insulin injection among diabetic patients have favorable effect.Patients receiving micro-lectures have better knowledge of insulin injection and lower incidence of complication,and better motivation and health behaviors.
