摘要
介绍了机器视觉技术对移动物体的识别检测现状的不足,针对其硬件实现的基本模型,设计了图像边缘检测高速数字滤波器,给出了关键算术单元,引入CCD相机+PC+PLC+可视化触摸窗口的设计方案,以满足高速应用的要求。列举了实施例中不同移动速度下,对物体的智能准确识别、不合规的物品的智能分拣处理,对实现数据进行了比较并给出了结论,实验结果表明该系统适用于工业高速系统场合。
The deficiency of machine vision technology in the detection and recognition of moving objects is described.Aiming at the basic model of the machine vision hardware,a high-speed digital filter for image edged detection and the key arithmetic unit are designed.To meet the requirements of high-speed applications,the project of CCD camera+PC+PLC+Visual touch window is applied to its design scheme.The intelligent sorting of items with different moving speed and the smart sorting for shoddy items are taken for example and the results of comparison of the implementation data are given.The experimental results demonstrate that the system is suitable for high-speed industrial systems.
