摘要
0~#块为连续刚构、矮塔斜拉等桥型的上部关键结构,通常采用支架及托架分层浇筑的形式进行施工,但各施工单位对于0~#块第二层混凝土浇筑荷载的取值一直没有定论。文章以扶典口西江特大桥为例,采用表面式应变计,对该桥1~#墩0~#块分层浇筑时的托架应力进行监控分析,并通过应用Midas Civil 2015试算,得到该监控托架在0~#块分层浇筑时的受力状况,为类似托架设计计算时的荷载取值提供参考。
The 0#block is the key structure for the upper part of continuous rigid frame bridge and short tower suspension bridges,usually the construction is carried out by using the layered pouring of the supports and brackets,however,all construction units are not sure for the concrete pouring load value of the second layer of 0#block.With Fudiankou Xijiang Bridge as an example,this article used the surface strain gauge to monitor and analyze the bracket stress of 1#pier 0#block of this bridge during layered pouring,and through Midas Civil2015 trial calculation,it obtained the stress conditions of such monitoring bracket during 0#block layered pouring,thereby providing the reference for the load value taking during the design and calculation of similar brackets.
