摘要
国家治理是现代国家建构的重要内容,现代国家是国家治理最主要的治理主体,理解二者逻辑关联的前提是准确把握现代国家与社会之间的互构支撑关系,在此基础上以国家治理的运行机理和表现特征作为解释现代国家建构的重要依据,彰显国家治理对现代国家建构的重大意义。就二者的深层关系来看,国家治理是现代国家建构的必然内容与环节,现代国家凭借国家治理约束国家的政治权力,平衡社会结构,调整国家与社会间的关系。正是这种逻辑关联根本上决定了制度有效性与权力合法性构成现代国家构建有效治理模式的两个重要基点。
National governance is an important theme of modern state construction,and modern state is the main part of the national governance.Therefore,the precondition of understanding the logic relationship between them is accurately comprehending the mutual supporting relationship between the modern state and society.On this basis,the operating mechanism and performance characteristics of national governance are used as an important basis for explaining the construction of modern state,and it shows great significance of the national governance to the modern state construction.In the deep relationship,the national governance is the content and the link of the modern state construction.The modern state restrains the political power of the country with national governance,balances the social structure,and adjusts the relationship between the state and the society.It is the logical connection that fundamentally determines the two important points of the effectiveness of the system and the legitimacy of power to build the effective governance mode.
