摘要
电子政务(Electronic Government)借助现代信息技术可以使政府部门组建一个精简高效、廉政公平的政府运作模式。"互联网+"时代全方位地与我国的社会经济和文化、生活的各个领域相融合。作为社会经济和民生发展的管理决策者的政府,必定不可回避"互联网+"时代带来的深刻影响,我国电子政务的迅速发展,必将促成政府职能的转变;电子政务的交互性特点,必将提高政府决策的透明度和公正性。
With the aid of modern information technology,electronic government can make government departments form a streamlined,efficient,honest and fair government operation mode.The"Internet+"era has fully realized the integration with our country's social economy,culture and life.As the management decision maker of social economy and livelihood development,the government can not avoid the profound influence brought by"Internet+"era.The rapid development of e-government in China will lead to the transformation of government functions.The interactive characteristics of e-government will improve the transparency and fairness of government decision-making.
