摘要
加强专业教学团队建设,打造高素质教师队伍,是高职院校内涵式发展的关键。论文以高职院校专业教学团队评价机制建设的主要内容及必要性为切入点,围绕目标、人、计划、权限、定位五评价要素探讨其存在的问题及原因,提出优化措施,旨在更好地激发专业教学团队内生动力,提高教育教学水平和人才培养质量。
Strengthening the construction of professional teaching team and building a contingent of high-quality teachers are the key to the connotative development of higher vocational colleges.This paper,starting from the main content and necessity of professional teaching team evaluation mechanism construction in higher vocational colleges,discusses the existing problems and reasons around the five evaluation elements of goal,person,plan,authority and positioning,and puts forward optimization measures,with a view to better stimulate the endogenous motivation of professional teaching team,improve the level of education and teaching and the quality of personnel training.
