摘要
通过对矿山救援队指战员开展问卷调查,从矿山应急救援人员的基本情况、队伍情况及基础保障、事故救援及应急培训、法律规范及监管现状四个方面进行了调查分析。运用问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,对矿山应急救援队伍监管制度建设研究的现状进行了抽样调查,找出了存在的主要问题,运用SPSS25.0进行了信效度和描述性分析,提出了解决问题的建议。
It is to conduct the survey of officers of mine rescue teams on four aspects,including basic information of mine emergency rescue team,crews,and basic guarantee,accident rescue and emergency training,and legal norms and supervision.Using a questionnaire survey,expert interviews and other research methods,it conducts a sample survey research on the current situation about the research of the supervision system construction of mine emergency rescue team,and finds out problems.Furthermore,it applies SPSS25.0 into reliability-validity and descriptive analysis,and puts forward proposals to solve the problem.
