Tracking and Monitoring of Service Chain for Distributed System

摘要 基于云架构,构建了分布式系统服务链追踪与监控平台(DTS平台),有效梳理分布式系统错综复杂的调用关系。采用互联网先进的调用链和跟踪树方法论,将采集探针植入客户关系管理(CRM)系统基础框架;利用Hadoop大数据计算技术和Crawler技术,实现调用链日志文件的采集和存储。将DTS平台应用于业务流程实践,实现了服务资源目录、服务依赖关系与程度的查询,以及调用链的检索与跟踪。运维人员、开发人员和架构师的监控、开发和管控需求得到满足,CRM系统智能化运维能力大幅提升。 A tracking and monitoring platform(DTS platform)of service chain is built based on the cloud architecture to effectively arrange the complicated invocation relationship of the distributed system.Based on the advanced invocation chain and tracking tree technology methodologies from the internet,the acquisition probes are embedded in the basic framework of Customer Relationship Management(CRM)system.The Hadoop big data computing technology and Crawler technology are applied to achieve the acquisition and storage of the log files of invocation chain.By applying the DTS platform into the working flow practice,the queries of service resource directory,service dependence and degree,and the acquisition and tracking of the invocation chain are realized.The requirements for the monitoring,development and control are satisfied for the operation and maintenance personnel,the developers and the architects,and the intelligent operation and maintenance capability of the CRM system has been greatly improved.
