摘要
目的:探究卡孕栓舌下含服预防产后出血的疗效与护理体会。方法:收集南昌市第三医院收治的110例产妇,2015年12月至2017年12月为研究时段,分试验组、对照组,每组样本容量55例,对照组分娩后采纳缩宫素与常规护理,试验组分娩后采纳卡孕栓舌下含服与综合护理。对比出血情况、生命体征、新生儿窒息率。结果:与对照组产后2h、24h出血量比较,试验组较低,具统计学差异,P<0.05;两组用药前后的舒张压、收缩压、心率不具统计学差异,P>0.05;与对照组新生儿窒息率比较,试验组较低,具统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:卡孕栓舌下含服联合综合护理可有效减少产妇产后出血量,降低新生儿窒息率,安全可靠,值得借鉴。
Objective:To explore the curative effect and nursing experience of prevention of postpartum hemorrhage with card and pregnancy suppository under tongue.Methods:110 cases of puerpera admitted in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 55 samples in each group.The control group received oxytocin and routine nursing care after delivery.Results:Compared with the control group,the bleeding rate,vital signs and neonatal asphyxia rate were significantly lower in the trial group than in the control group after 2 hours postpartum(P<0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure and heart rate before and after medication in both groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the rate of neonatal asphyxia in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,it is safe and reliable to reduce asphyxia rate of newborn.
