摘要
2014年开始,为提高"5+3"全科医师的专业能力,我院眼科将精准医学中准确定位,个性化、靶向化的理念引入教学工作中,建立精准教学理念,并将该教学理念贯彻到全科医师的培训中。设立提高全科医师的岗位胜任力的教学终极目标,设计针对性强,实用性强,适用性高的教学培训计划,制定个性化教学方案,通过多种教学方法(案例法,PBL法)从多角度多层次提高全科医师的临床技能和服务能力,增强医患沟通意识,培养科研基本素养,为全科医师的培养拓展新的教学思路。
Since 2014,in order to improve the professional ability of“5+3”general practitioners,our hospital introduced the concept of Precision Education,which included accurate orientation,individualization and targeting just as ideas from precision medication,to improve the general practitioners'medical competency as the ultimate goal of teaching.The target was to make personalized teaching programs,through a variety of teaching methods from multiple angles and levels,to improve the general practitioner's clinical skills and service ability.To enhance the awareness of doctor-patient communication,and training practitioners on basic scientific research literacy,the ultimate purpose is trying to develop an new teaching ideas for the training of general practitioners.
