摘要
基于五大发展理念构建县域经济综合评价体系,利用熵值法测算2006-2015年苏皖省际边缘区三级空间尺度下的县域经济发展水平综合得分,并采用变异系数、分解的Theil指数和ESDA方法,对苏皖省际边缘区县域经济发展水平的时空分异进行分析。结果表明:苏皖省际边缘区经济差异对地理尺度敏感,县域间的差异最大,其次为分区间,省级间的发展相对平衡;苏皖省际边缘区内部差异的缩小是其整体差异缩小的主导因素。苏皖省际边缘区县域经济发展水平呈苏高皖低的态势,苏南与苏中经济发达,皖北与皖中发展滞后;县域经济发展存在"俱乐部趋同"现象,高高类型区主要分布于苏南与皖南地区,低低类型区集中分布于苏北与皖北一带;苏南地区县域对其邻近县域具有一定的辐射带动能力。据此提出打造合作平台、培育增长极和优化产业结构的建议。
Based on the Five Development Concept,the comprehensive evaluation system of county economy is constructed,and the comprehensive score of county economy under the three-level spatial scale of the Jiangsu-Anhui provincial border-regions from 2006 to 2015 is calculated by using entropy method.The coefficient of variance,decomposed Theil index and exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA)method are used to explore the spatial-temporal differences of the level of county economic development in Jiangsu-Anhui provincial border-regions.The results show that the economic differences in Jiangsu-Anhui provincial border-regions are sensitive to the geographical scale,and the differences among the counties are the largest,followed by the development of the inter-provincial and provincial levels.The economic gap between Jiangsu-Anhui provincial border-regions is narrowing,and the narrowing of internal difference is the dominant factor of the narrowing of overall difference.County economic development level in Jiangsu-Anhui provincial border-regions presents a distribution of“high in Jiangsu,low in Anhui”.In the marginal zone,the south and the middle of Jiangsu are economically developed,while the north and the middle of Anhui are lagging behind.The phenomenon of“club convergence”exists in the economic development of counties.The H-H type areas are mainly distributed in southern Jiangsu and southern Anhui.The L-L type areas are concentrated in the areas of northern Jiangsu and northern Anhui.Counties in southern Jiangsu have certain radiation-driven capacity to neighboring counties.On this basis,it is proposed to build a cooperation platform,cultivate the growth pole and optimize the industrial structure.
