摘要
目的研究腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术手术患者术中应用3M加温系统预防术中低体温的应用意义。方法方便选取2015年1月—2016年1月在该院手术室行腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组30例和对照组30例,对照组在正常室温下手术,手术期间棉被保暖、血制品、输液加温处理、冲洗液加温处理。观察组处理除手术期间棉被保暖、血制品、输液加温处理、冲洗液加温处理外,另外应用3M加温系统,观察两组术前、术中、术后鼻咽部温度,寒颤、躁动、苏醒延长发生率。结果术中对照组体温为(35.55±0.20)℃,明显低于观察组的(36.20±0.14)℃(P=0.000),患者手术结束后对照组体温为(35.36±0.17)℃,明显低于观察组的(36.47±0.17)℃(t=24.962,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。观察组寒颤发生率6.7%,躁动发生率3.33%,苏醒时间延长发生率6.7%,发生率明显低于对照组的26.7%,40.0%,36.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3M加温系统可以有效减少围手术期低体温的发生,促进患者的恢复,是值得推广的一种保温措施。
Objective To research the application significance of 3M heating system in the Laparoscopic Radical Hysterectomy in preventing the intraoperative low temperature.Methods 60 cases of patients with laparoscopic radical hysterectomy in the operating room in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each,the control group underwent operation under the normal room temperature,during operation,the quilt warmth,blood products,infusion heating treatment and fluid heating treatment were conducted,besides these measures,the 3M heating system was applied in the observation group,and the nasopharyngeal temperature,and incidence rates of shivering,upset,awakening time delay before operation,in operation and after operation were observed.Results The intraoperative temperature in the control group was obviously lower than that in the observation group[(35.55±0.20)℃vs(36.20±0.14)℃](P=0.000),and the body temperature was obviously lower than that in the observation group at the end of operation,[(35.36±0.17)℃vs(36.47±0.17)℃](t=24.962,P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant,and the incidence rates of shivering,upset,awakening time delay were obviously lower than those in the control group(6.7%,3.33%,6.7%vs 26.7%,40.0%,36.7%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 3M heating system can effectively reduce the occurrence of low body temperature of patients during the preoperative period,and promote the recovery of patients,and it is a heating measure worth promotion.
