摘要
目的探讨小青龙汤联合石膏汤治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法随机抽选三明市中西医结合医院2016年5月—2017年5月间收治的肺炎患儿86例作为研究对象,将其以治疗方法的差异性平均分成观察组和对照组,每组43例。其中,对照组患儿选择常规治疗方式,观察组在此基础上加以小青龙汤联合石膏汤进行治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗总有效率、各项体征消退时间及不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率较对照组高(97.68%>83.72%);观察组患儿咯痰、肺部啰音、咳嗽、体温及气促等体征消失时间均较对照组对应值短;观察组患儿不良反应发生率较对照组低(4.66%<23.26%),组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对肺炎患儿采用小青龙汤联合石膏汤进行治疗,有效提高患儿治疗效率的同时有利于缩短其体征恢复时间,且患儿不良反应少,安全性更高,值得临床上大力推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of xiaoqinglong tang combined with shigao tang in treatment of children with pneumonia.Methods 86 cases of pneumonia children admitted and treated in our hospital From May 2016 to May 2017 were random selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods 43 cases in each group,the control group adopted the routine treatment method,while the observation group added the xiaoqinglong tang combined with shigao tang for treatment,and the total treatment effective rate,regression time of various vital signs and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical treatment effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(97.68%>83.72%),and the cough up phlegm,pulmonary rale,cough,temperature,and polypnea disappearance time were shorter than those in the control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(4.66%<23.26%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoqinglong tang combined with shigao tang in treatment of children with pneumonia is conducive to shortening the recovery time of vital signs with few adverse reactions and high safety,and it is worth great promotion in clinic.
