摘要
目的分析剖宫产术后疤痕子宫人工流产手术风险分析及防范对策探究。方法方便选取该院从2016年1月—2017年3月收治65例剖宫产术后疤痕子宫人工流产患者作为实验组,同期无剖宫产史人流患者65例作为对照组,比较两组患者的手术后吸宫不全、穿孔、感染等并发症等。结果对照组感染为1例,吸宫不全为1例,并发症发生率为3.08%,实验组感染为1例,吸宫不全为1例,穿孔为1例,并发症发生率为4.61%,两组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予患者进行手术,需要根据病情进行适当的操作,可以显著降低手术后并发症的发生率以及风险。
Objective To analyze the risks and preventive strategies of uterine scar induced abortion operation after the cesarean section.Methods 65 cases of patients with uterine scar induced abortion operation after the cesarean section admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were convenient selected as the experimental group,while 65 cases of patients without cesarean section history at the same period were selected as the control group,and the incidence rates of uterine aspiration insufficiency,perforation and infection were compared between the two groups.Results In the control group,1 case was infected,1 case was uterine aspiration insufficiency,and the incidence rate of complications was 3.08%,in the experimental group,1 case was infected,1 case was uterine aspiration insufficiency,1 case was perforated,incidence rate of complications was 4.61%,and the difference in the incidence rate of complications between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion We should conduct the proper operation according to the diseases,and it can obviously reduce the incidence rate of complications and risks.
