摘要
目的探讨稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病心律失常的临床疗效。方法 110例研究对象均方便选取于2015年3月—2017年3月期间来该院就诊的老年冠心病心律失常患者,采取抓阄法将其分为两组,即观察组(n=55)和对照组(n=55)。在临床常规的扩冠、抗心衰治疗基础上,观察组患者应用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔进行治疗,对照组仅应用美托洛尔进行治疗。结果观察组患者以87.27%的治疗总有效率,明显比对照组的67.27%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者相比,治疗前的房性期前收缩、室性期前收缩和交界性期前收缩次数均相差不大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但治疗后的以上各项期前收缩情况,观察组的改善程度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者相比,治疗前的室性早搏、短阵室速阵、ST段降低、ST段降低持续时间等24 h动态心电图指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但治疗后的以上各项24 h动态心电图指标,观察组的改善程度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者以5.45%的不良反应发生率,与对照组的7.27%相当,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论运用稳心颗粒与美托洛尔联合用药方案对老年冠心病心律失常患者实施治疗,能够改善患者的期前收缩情况、24h动态心电图指标,从而促使患者取得更加显著的治疗效果,且安全性较佳。
Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical efficacy of Wenxin Granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia.Methods 110 cases of the research object from March 2015 to March 2017 in this hospital for treatment of senile coronary heart disease patients with arrhythmia were convenient selected,and were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group(n=55)and control group(n=55).On the basis of clinical conventional crown expansion and anti heart failure treatment,the observation group was treated with Wenxin Granule combined with metoprolol,and the control group was treated with metoprolol only.Results The total effective rate was 87.27%in the observation group,significantly higher than that in the control group of 67.27%,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared two groups of patients before treatment of atrial premature contraction,ventricular contractions and junction contractions were similar to each other,the difference between groups was not significant(P>0.05);but after treatment the contractions,improving the degree of observation group were significantly better than the control group significantly.The differences between groups(P<0.05).Compared two groups of patients,premature ventricular contraction,paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia before treatment,ST decreased,ST matrix decreased duration of 24h dynamic electrocardiogram difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05);but the dynamic electrocardiogram of 24 h index after treatment,the degree of improvement in the observation group were significantly better than the the control group,the difference was statisitcally significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.45%in the observation group and 7.27%in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Wenxin Granule combined with metoprolol therapy to treat elderly patients with coro
