摘要
针对各地配电自动化工程电气方案设计种类繁多,导致各地之间、甚至同地之间的配电自动化设计方案、接线型式差异较大,一方面增加了施工难度,另一方面对供电公司后期的运维管理造成了极大困扰的现状,提出了运用TQC全面质量管理方法,并严格按照PDCA循环模式对现有配电自动化工程设计方案进行分析总结,在国网公司配电自动化典型设计的基础上进一步深化,力求减少配电自动化工程电气设计方案的数量,寻求标准化设计方案,方便供电企业后期的运维管理。
Distribution network has regional characteristics.There are various kinds of electrical designs for distribution automation projects in different places,resulting a big difference in distribution automation design and wiring form between different places and even the same places.On the one hand,the construction difficulty is increased,and on the other hand,it causes great troubles to the later operation and maintenance management of power supply companies.Therefore,in this paper the use of TQC total quality management method is presented,and the existing distribution automation engineering designs are analyzed and summarized in strict accordance with the PDCA cycle model.The designs are further deepened on the basis of the typical design of distribution network automation in SGCC,to reduce the number of electrical designs in distribution automation engineering and seek standardized design to facilitate the later operation and management of power supply companies.
