摘要
针对高压设备气室微水含量超标的问题,对科学高效的微水处理方法及装置进行了研究。基于气室内各部件材料表面微水吸附效应,提出了加热循环氮洗的微水超标处理工艺;设计了适用于GIS设备的加热装置;基于ANSYS热流固耦合仿真软件对加热层的加热功率进行了优化设计。
Aiming at the problem of the micro-water exceeded the standard inside the gas chamber of high pressure GIS equipment,the scientific and reliable treatment of the micro water along with convenient and efficient treatment device was studied.Based on the characteristic of micro water precipitation of internal material of GIS chamber,a new treatment process,called heating cycle nitrogen wash was proposed.A heating device which was matched with this GIS equipment was designed.The optimization design of heating power of the heating layer based on ANSYS the fluid-structure coupling simulation software was introduced.
