摘要
随着我国农村建设工作不断推进,农村基础教育的质量备受各界关注。农村英语教育一直是农村教育的一个薄弱环节,怎样在新时期提高农村英语教师的素质,是农村英语教育研究的重点。分析目前农村英语教师素质提升存在的问题,并对这些问题提出相应的解决策略,能够进一步提高农村英语教师的素质,促进教师队伍成长,提高新时期农村英语教学的质量。
Along with the development of China's rural construction,the quality of fundamental education in these areas has received much attention from all walks of life.Sine English education has always been a weak link in the field,relevant studies focus on how to improve teachers'qualities.In this paper,an analysis was made of current problems found in the course,followed by related solutions.It will help with the improvement of these teachers'qualities,the growth of teaching staff and the enhancement of rural English teaching in the new age.
