摘要
目的:探讨蓝光照射结合退黄冲剂治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效及安全性。方法:将511例新生儿黄疸患儿按入院时间顺序,前255例为对照组,后256例为观察组;观察组采用蓝光照射结合退黄冲剂治疗,对照组采用蓝光照射治疗。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组的血清胆红素水平低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的退黄时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蓝光照射结合退黄冲剂方案,能够提高新生儿黄疸的治疗有效率、降低血清胆红素水平、缩短退黄时间,并具有一定的用药安全性。
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of blue light irradiation combined with Tuihuang electuary in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods:511 cases of neonatal jaundice were taken as the basic data of this study.According to the order of patients'admission,255 cases were in the control group,and the other 256 cases were in the observation group.The observation group was treated with blue light irradiation combined with Tuihuang electuary,and the control group was treated with blue light irradiation.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of serum bilirubin in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of removing jaundice in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Blue light irradiation combined with Tuihuang electuary can improve the effective rate of neonatal jaundice,reduce serum bilirubin level and shorten the time of removing jaundice,which has certain medication safety.
