摘要
为了探究生物型再生剂对再生沥青混合料性能的影响,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析了生物型再生剂的化学成分,研究了其对再生沥青混合料的高温稳定性能、低温抗裂性能、水稳定性能的影响,并与普通再生剂进行了对比.结果表明,生物型再生剂的主要化学成分是具有单环结构的单萜类化合物和芳香族化合物,类似于沥青组分中的饱和分和芳香分;生物型再生剂的掺入提高了再生沥青混合料的残留稳定度、劈裂强度比,降低了动稳定度、低温劲度模量,使再生沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能、水稳定性能显著改善,高温稳定性能一定程度降低;与普通再生剂相比,生物型再生剂对再生沥青混合料路用性能的影响相似,且生物型再生剂来源于废弃柑橘果皮,具有更好的经济性与环保优势.
In order to explore the influence of bio-rejuvenator on the properties of recycled asphalt mixture,the chemical compounds of the bio-rejuvenator were analyzed by the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The influences of bio-rejuvenator on the properties of recycled asphalt mixture were investigated including the high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water stability.The results were compared with the common rejuvenator.The results show that the main chemical compounds of the bio-rejuvenator are monoterpenoids with single ring structure and aromatic compounds,which are similar to the saturated and aromatic fractions of asphalt.The residual stability and splitting strength ratio of recycled asphalt mixture are improved,while the dynamic stability and stiffness modulus in low temperature is decreased with the addition of bio-rejuvenator.And the low temperature crack resistance and water stability of the recycled asphalt mixture are obviously improved while the high temperature stability is decreased to a certain extent.Compared with the common rejuvenator,the bio-rejuvenator has a similer influence on the pavement property of recycled asphalt mixture.And the source of bio-rejuvenator is the abandoned citrus peel with the better economic and environmental advantages.
