摘要
目的对规范化药学管理在全程化药学服务质量提高过程中的作用和价值。方法特选取2013年4月—2014年4月,未实施药学管理措施前,该院开具的处方单100张作为对照组。选取2014年6月—2016年3月,实施药学管理措施后,该院开具的处方单100张作为观察组。对实施药学管理前后全程化药学服务质量对比分析。结果观察组在处方用药不合格发生率以及全程化药学服务质量评分指标上,相比较对照组而言,改善明显,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药学管理措施的加强,可有效地促进全程化药学服务质量的提升,将处方用药不合格发生率控制在最低范围内,因此可于临床实践中推广使用。
Objective To study the effect and value of enhancing the pharmacy management in improving the pharmacy service quality in the whole course.Methods 100 pieces of prescriptions issued by our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 when the pharmacy management measures were not implemented were used as the control group,and 100 pieces of prescriptions issued by our hospital from June 2014 to March 2016 when the pharmacy management measures were implemented were used as the observation group,and the pharmacy service quality in the whole course before and after pharmacy management was compared and analyzed.Results The improvement of incidence rate of unqualified medication of prescriptions and whole-course pharmacy service quality in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group,and the difference was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The enhancement of pharmacy management measures can effectively promote the improvement of pharmacy service quality in the whole course and control the incidence rate of unqualified medication of prescriptions to the minimum range,therefore,it can be used for promotion in clinical practice.
