摘要
目的了解婴幼儿颅内出血的常见原因,探讨婴幼儿颅内出血的手术治疗及疗效。方法对2010-09—2016-12郑州大学第一附属医院收治的确诊为颅内出血并行手术治疗的较为典型的婴幼儿病例进行回顾性分析及随访。结果 28例患儿中,16例恢复良好,7例轻度残疾,3例重度残疾,2例死亡。结论对于确诊为颅内出血的患儿,应积极给予围手术期对症处理,并根据患儿情况,尽早采取合理的外科手术治疗方式,从而有效降低病死率、致残率,改善预后。
Objective To understand the general causes of intracranial hemorrhage in the neonates and infants,and explore the surgical treatment of intracranial hemorrhage in the neonates and infants.Methods A retrospective analysis and follow up were performed on the diagnosis of the diagnosis of intracranial hemorrhage in the hospital in September 2010 and December 2016.Results In the case of 28 cases,16 of the children were well recovered,7 were slightly disabled,3 severely disabled and 2 died.Conclusion For children diagnosed with intracranial hemorrhage,perioperative treatment should be actively treated,and reasonable surgical treatment should be taken as soon as possible,so as to reduce the fatality rate,disability rate and improve prognosis.
