保护鸡蛋下落的装置设计 被引量:2

摘要 用硬纸做成圆锥型保护鸡蛋的装置,以细沙和泡沫填充圆锥底部起到缓冲作用,初步得出保护效果最好且体积最小的圆锥模型。在此基础上,选择最优圆锥模型改装成圆台。在实验中,对圆台底部压缩量、母线长度及圆锥顶角进行测定,考察了动量的变化、冲力大小、冲力作用的时间以及装置的对称性对鸡蛋受力的影响。实验结果表明:母线长为10cm,角度为52°,体积为v=143.912cm^3的圆台是保护效果最好的装置。 A conical device for protection of eggs is made of cardboard.Filling the bottom of the cone with fine sand and foam to play a buffer role,preliminary research makes a cone model of minimal volume.On this basis,the best cone model is elected to convert into a circular truncated cone.In the experiment,the compression at the bottom of the platform,the length of the busbar and the angle of the cone are measured,and the variation of momentum and the magnitude of the momentum are investigated.The effect of the time of impulse action and the symmetry of the device on the stress of eggs.The experimental results show that the best protection device is made:the length of busbar is 10cm,the angle is 52 degrees,and the volume is 143.912cm
