摘要
目的探讨疼痛护理管理在肛肠科病房应用效果。方法选取该院2015年3月—2017年3月收治的84例行手术治疗的肛肠疾病患者,将其随机分成两组各42例,对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组在对照组基础上实施疼痛护理管理,采用面部表情评分法与该院自制的护理满意度调查问卷表比较两组患者疼痛评分和护理满意度。结果经过护理干预后,观察组疼痛评分(5.26±1.18)分明显低于对照组的(6.94±1.55)分(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度97.62%明显优于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论在术后对肛肠疾病患者展开疼痛护理管理干预能够帮助患者缓解疼痛症状,提升护理满意度。
Objective To study the application effect of pain nursing management in the ward in the anorectal department.Methods 84 cases of patients with the anorectal diseases treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine nursing management,while the observation group adopted the pain nursing management on the basis of the control group,and the pain score and nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups were compared according to the facial expression score and self-made nursing satisfactory degree questionnaires.Results After nursing intervention,the pain score in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,[(5.26±1.18)points vs(6.94±1.55)points](P<0.05),and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group,(97.62%vs 83.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of pain nursing management intervention in patients with anorectal diseases can relieve the pains,and improve the nursing satisfactory degree.
