摘要
目的了解新疆医科大学第一附属医院应急人员对医疗机构应急管理的认知情况,为探讨综合性医院应急管理策略提供依据。方法采用目的抽样方法,选取该院行政和临床的244名应急人员为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方法调查其对医疗机构应急管理的认知情况。结果 244名卫生应急人员中女159人,男85人,年龄多集中在30~40岁,其中行政科室113人,临床科室131人。对于医疗机构应急管理的承担应急任务、明确各级职责、应急培训演练、保障应急物资、总结应急经验和应急信息公开这六个方面,行政人员和临床科室人员认知差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),约60%以上认为该六个方面的应急管理非常有必要。结论综合性医院应通过建立应急组织体系,强化整体功能、结合新疆区情进行应急演练,提高物资保障水平,制订案例性预案手册等策略提高应急管理水平。
Objective The objective of this study was to investigate emergency staff members'knowledge of emergency management in the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,and to provide some basis for discussing the emergency management strategy in general hospitals.Methods A total sample of 244 emergency staff members in the hospital were selected as study objects by using the purpose sampling method.Their knowledge in emergency management was investigated by using the method of questionnaire.Results Of the 244 emergency staff members,159 were female and 85 were male,and the age range 34~40 accounted for the majority,of which 113 were from administrative departments while 131 from clinical departments.For the six aspects of emergency management,including undertaking emergency tasks,clarifying responsibilities at all levels,practicing emergency training,securing emergency supplies,drawing emergency experience and publicizing information,there were no statistical significance in differences between the administrative staff members and the clinical staff members(P>0.05).Approximately 60 percent of them believed that the above six aspects were essential.Conclusions General hospitals should establish an emergency organization system,strengthen its function,organize emergency drills based on local conditions,improve material logistics,and compile a case-based preplan.
