摘要
目的探讨血液透析护理过程中不安全因素及针对性防范措施。方法对该院2016年10月—2017年3月期间血液护理过程中存在的问题进行分析,提出针对性防范措施,于2017年4月开始实施,两个时间段各选择50例作为研究资料,分别为对照组和观察组,观察防范前后不良事件发生情况、患者满意度进行分析。结果观察组不良事件发生率4.0%显著低于对照组16.0%,且投诉率0.0%显著低于对照组8.0%(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度96.0%与对照组82.0%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析护理过程中不安全因素较多,而实施针对性防范措施,可控制不良事件发生,提高安全性。
Objective To study the unsafe factors and targeted prevention measures in the nursing course of hemodialysis.Methods The existing problems in the nursing course in our hospital from October 2016 to March 2017 were analyzed,and the targeted prevention measures were put forwards,and the measures have been implemented since April 2017,and 50 cases and 50 cases in the two time phrases were respectively selected as the control group and the observation group,and the occurrence of adverse events and satisfactory degree of patients before and after prevention were observed and analyzed.Results The incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group(4.0%vs 16.0%),and the compliant rate was obviously lower than that in the control group,(0.0%vs 8.0%)(P<0.05),and the difference in the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group and in the control group was obvious(96.0%vs 82.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The unsafe factors in the nursing course of hemodialysis are multiple,and the implementation of targeted preventive measures can control the occurrence of adverse events,and improve the safety.
