摘要
目的探讨优质护理在预防妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇并发症中的应用效果。方法选取2015年3月—2017年4月期间在该院建档产检且分娩的96例妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇,随机分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组孕产妇给予常规护理,观察组则采用优质护理干预,对比两组孕产妇并发症情况及血糖指标变化。结果干预后,观察组孕产妇空腹血糖(5.41±1.02)mmol/L和餐后2 h血糖(8.56±1.22)mmol/L指标均低于对照组(6.51±1.31)mmol/L、(10.31±0.96)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕产妇并发症发生率(4.17%)显著低于对照组(16.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇围产期积极采取优质护理干预,可有效提高并发症防控效果,并有助于血糖指标稳定控制,应用效果良好。
Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of high quality nursing in the prevention of pregnancy and maternal complications of gestational diabetes.Methods From March 2015 to April 2017,96 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given regular nursing,while the observation group adopted high quality nursing intervention to compare the complications of two groups of pregnant women and the changes of blood glucose index.Results After intervention,the indicators of fasting blood glucose(5.41±1.02)mmol/L and postprandial 2 h blood glucose(8.56±1.22)mmol/L in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(6.51±1.31)mmol/L,(10.31±0.96)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal complications in the observation group(4.17%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To take good quality nursing intervention for gestational diabetes during the perinatal period can effectively improve the prevention and control of complications,and help to stabilize the control of blood glucose indicators,with good application effect.
