摘要
目的分析不同麻醉方式对妊娠期糖尿病产妇围手术期血糖的影响。方法选取2015年8月—2017年8月在该院行剖宫产手术的妊娠期糖尿病的产妇82例,其中行全身麻醉的41例患者为单一组,行全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉的41例患者为联合组。结果联合组患者的切皮时、新生儿出生时、胎盘分娩5 min、新生儿出生2 h和新生儿出生6 h的血流动力学和血糖较为稳定(P<0.05)。结论硬膜外麻醉联合全身麻醉应用于妊娠期糖尿病产妇围手术期,患者的血流动力学和血糖的波动较小,安全性较高,值得推广应用。
Objective This paper tries to analyze the different anesthesia on gestational diabetes during perioperative blood glucose.Methods 82 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus in this hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were enrolled in this study.Among them,41 patients undergoing general anesthesia as the single group,the other group was treated with general anesthesia combined with dura mater 41 cases of external anesthesia as the combined group.Results In the combination group,the hemodynamics and blood glucose were stable at 5 minutes after birth,2 hours after newborn birth and 6 hours after newborn birth(P<0.05).Conclusion Epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in gestational diabetes mellitus perioperative period,patients with less hemodynamic fluctuations and blood glucose,high safety,it is worth promotion and application.
