摘要
目的探讨妊娠糖尿病合并酮症酸中毒的临床治疗方案和治疗效果。方法选取该院在2015年6月—2017年5月期间诊治的55例妊娠糖尿病合并酮症酸中毒患者作为研究对象进行回顾性分析,观察治疗效果,总结临床治疗措施。结果经过治疗,所有患者均顺利分娩,没有出现母体或新生儿死亡事件。显效患者40例,有效患者12例,无效患者3例,治疗的有效率为94.55%。结论对妊娠糖尿病合并酮症酸中毒患者及时进行有效的治疗,可以降低各种并发症的发生率,保证母婴健康安全。
Objective To study the gestational diabetes combined with ketoacidosis and observation on treatment effect.Methods 55 cases of patients with gestational diabetes combined with ketoacidosis diagnosed in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects for retrospective analysis,and the treatment effect was observed,and the clinical treatment measures were summarized.Results After treatment,all patients successfully gave birth,and there were no death accidents of mothers or newborns,and 40 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the treatment effective rate was 94.55%.Conclusion The timely and effective treatment of patients with gestational diabetes combined with ketoacidosis can reduce the incidence rate of various complications and ensure the health and safety of mothers and infants.
